These Terms & Conditions govern the PF Rewards loyalty programme operated by PEARL FRAGRANCES (“we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in PF Rewards, customers agree to these terms.

1. Overview

PF Rewards is our customer loyalty programme that allows customers to earn points (“PF Points”) and redeem them for discounts on purchases made at PEARL FRAGRANCES. Participation in the programme is free.

2. Earning PF Points

2.1 Purchases

• Customers earn 5 PF Points for every £1 spent.
• Points are calculated based on the final order value paid (excluding shipping fees and any discounts unless otherwise stated).
• Points are only awarded on completed and paid orders.

2.2 Birthday Reward

• Customers may receive 500 PF Points on their birthday.
• Birthday points are subject to change at our discretion.
• Customers must provide a valid date of birth in advance to qualify.
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility.

2.3 Refer a Friend

• The referrer earns 300 PF Points when the referee completes a qualifying purchase using their referral code.
• The referee receives 10% off their first purchase.
• Referral rewards are subject to verification and approval.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent referrals are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to amend the number of PF Points awarded for purchases, birthdays, or referrals at any time.

3. Redeeming PF Points

• 100 PF Points = £1 off
• 200 PF Points = £2 off
• 300 PF Points = £3 off
• 500 PF Points = £5 off
• 1000 PF Points = £10 off

Redemption Rules

• Only one PF Rewards voucher may be used per order.
• PF Rewards vouchers cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotions, or offers.
• PF Rewards vouchers cannot be stacked together in the same transaction.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Returns & Refunds

• If a purchase made using a PF Rewards voucher is returned, the voucher remains used and will not be reissued.
• Points earned on refunded orders may be deducted from the customer’s balance.
• We reserve the right to adjust points in the event of partial or full refunds.

5. Points Expiry

• PF Points expire 9 months from the date they are earned.
• Customers will receive a reminder email 7 days before expiry.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated.

6. Email Communications

Customers may receive email notifications including but not limited to:

• Welcome email (upon sign-up)
• Points earned confirmation
• Points redeemed confirmation
• Birthday reward notification
• 7-day expiry reminder
• Referral emails (where applicable)

Customers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; however, essential loyalty-related communications may still be sent.

7. Account & Eligibility

• No purchase is required to join PF Rewards.
• Customers may earn points on orders placed before signing up, subject to system eligibility.
• Points have no monetary value until redeemed.
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or gaming of the programme.

8. Fraud & Misuse

• We reserve the right to cancel or void any coupon code generated through PF Rewards.
• We may deduct points from accounts where necessary.
• We may ban or remove customers from the programme.
• We may refuse redemption of points where misuse is suspected.

9. Programme Changes & Termination

PF Rewards is operated at the sole discretion of PEARL FRAGRANCES.

• We may modify earning rates.
• We may modify redemption values.
• We may change expiry periods.
• We may amend referral rewards.
• We may pause, suspend, or terminate the programme entirely at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

PEARL FRAGRANCES is not responsible for technical errors, system outages, delayed or lost emails, or points miscalculations caused by third-party integrations. Our decision regarding all matters related to PF Rewards is final.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
