How does Pearl Fragrances handle product reviews?

1. Verified Owner Review

Once you’ve made a purchase with us, you might choose to leave a review for the products you received — this is the most common way reviews show up on our website. We also send out follow-up emails a little while after your order, asking you to share your honest thoughts.

When a review is submitted, we double-check the purchase history to make sure and If everything lines up, the review gets marked with a “(Verified Owner)” badge.

2. On-Site Review

You’re also welcome to leave a review even if you didn’t buy the product directly from us (maybe you got it somewhere else). We’ll take a look at your review first to make sure it follows our guidelines and doesn’t include anything harmful. If it all checks out, we’ll publish it on our website — just keep in mind it won’t have the “(verified owner)” badge.
